AB Lifosa celebrated its 58th birthday

58 years ago, on 18 January 1963, a production line started operating in Kėdainiai, producing 100 thousand tons of sulfuric acid per year. This date is considered to be the official beginning of the company's production, which has grown into the company we know today – Lifosa.

Although the pandemic and quarantine led to the search for alternative ways to commemorate this anniversary, Lifosa's birthday was celebrated, as it should be, with a lot of smiles and laughter. There was no shortage of it in remote laughter yoga exercises attended by company employees via the Zoom platform. There was no shortage of fun surprises and impressions in the remote performance of the illusionist Justinas Malinauskas.

“Thank you for being and sticking with us, therefore, I would like to sincerely congratulate you all on the beautiful 58th birthday of the company, wishing you many more successful years of operation! Although the situation in Lithuania and in the world puts us in a mood, which is far from joyful, I invite you not to give in to bad thoughts during this difficult period, to be happy with what we have, and to mark this anniversary safely but in no way boringly!”, Jonas Dastikas, General Manager of AB Lifosa, stated in his celebratory speech.

From the recorded moments of the remote meetings, it can be seen that this invitation was fulfilled completely.
